Marketing Intern
About MOSH
MOSH was founded by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger to prove that a snack can actually be good for your brain. We’re a mission-driven, fast-moving brand with distribution in major retailers across the country — and a small team that punches well above its weight. If you want to see how brand marketing, retail strategy, and influencer programming intersect in a real company, this is the seat.
The Role
We’re looking for a curious, organized, and proactive Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing team across influencer programming, campaign coordination, competitive research, and retail marketing.
This isn’t a “shadow and take notes” internship. You’ll manage real workstreams, own tangible deliverables, and contribute to projects that directly affect how MOSH shows up in the market.
What You’ll Do
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Coordinate influencer seeding — sourcing addresses, managing sample shipments, tracking deliverables and posting timelines
- Maintain the influencer CRM: contact lists, campaign history, performance notes
- Assist with outreach to micro and mid-tier creators for campaigns and affiliate programs
- Help track creator content and flag top performers for content reuse
Campaign & Retail Marketing Support
- Support coordination of digital and retail marketing campaigns, helping ensure assets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals stay on track
- Assist with retail media and promotional calendar management
- Help prepare materials for buyer meetings, retail presentations, and trade activations
Sample Management
- Keep the office sample closet stocked, organized, and replenished — a surprisingly strategic job at a snack company where product is the best sales tool we have
- Track sample inventory and coordinate reorder timing with operations
Competitive Retail Storefront
- Own the build and ongoing maintenance of MOSH’s in-house retail shelf — a physical competitive set featuring MOSH and key competitor brands as they appear in real retail environments
- Keep it current as new SKUs, planograms, and promotional sets roll out
- Use it to support internal research, buyer prep, and product development discussions
General Marketing Support
- Assist with sampling events, campus activations, and brand moments
- Support cross-functional projects with Sales, Product, and Creative
- Participate in brainstorms for content, campaigns, and creator ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Highly organized with strong follow-through — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once without losing attention to detail
- Interest in consumer brands, retail, social media, or the better-for-you food space
- Bonus: prior experience with influencer marketing, CPG, or retail environments
What You’ll Walk Away With
- Broad exposure to how marketing actually works inside a scaling consumer brand — retail, digital, influencer, and field marketing
- Direct experience with influencer coordination, retail strategy, and campaign operations
- A network and a reference from a brand built by one of the most recognizable names in health and wellness media
- The kind of real-world, cross-functional experience that looks very different from a classroom
