                                 After-School Program Group Leader- 

Clays Mill Elementary School

Lexington, KY

Position is for 2026-27 school year.

Responsible for supervising and engaging a group of elementary school students in a safe, supportive, and enriching after-school environment. The Group Leader facilitates academic support, recreational activities, and social-emotional learning while serving as a positive role model for students. A great work environment to learn and have fun!

$15 per hour

Hours of operation vary. (Flexible Schedule)

Monday thru Friday, 2:00 pm to 6 pm

Student Supervision

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of assigned students at all times.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance and monitor student arrivals and departures.
  • Promote positive behavior and implement established behavior management strategies.
  • Build positive relationships with students and encourage participation in activities.
  • Works collaborative with teammates
