Physical Therapist

Pay Ranges: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy interventions.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on advancements in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.
     

What We Are Looking For

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
  • Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
