Part-Time Tech and Office Assistant
Location: Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006
Schedule: 3 days per week, 2–3 hours per day
Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, tech-experienced individual to provide part-time in-office support for the CEO of Pennsylvania Capital Management based in Huntingdon Valley.
This role is a good fit for a college student or early-career professional who is proficient with Apple products. There may be office projects to support as well if time permits.
Responsibilities will include:
- Tutoring our CEO on iPhone functions and techniques on questions and basic troubleshooting
- Supporting CEO on how to expand his use of AI as it relates to his industry
- Assisting with email, calendar, contacts, apps, photos, and settings
- Helping organize notes, files, and office materials and updating new tips and content of YouTube and other sources weekly.
- Running light administrative tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:
- Multi-tasking with an IPhone and technology with the goal of improving time and project management.
- Patient and clear when explaining steps and creating simplistic methods to connect IPhone with AI applications.
- Reliable and punctual
- Organized and willing to help where needed using tech tools
- Able to work onsite with flexible hours 3 days per week
