Guest Experience Associate

HarborBlue Vacation Rentals is a boutique vacation rental management company serving Cape Cod. We're currently a small, fast-growing, high-touch operation that takes pride in delivering a seamless, stress-free experience for both our homeowners and guests. As we grow our portfolio this season, we're looking for a reliable, personable Guest Experience Associate to help us deliver on that promise.

About the Role

This is a flexible, on-call seasonal position running through the summer and into early fall. You'll be our boots-on-the-ground presence - the person who makes sure every property is guest-ready and every stay goes smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect properties after cleaning to confirm they meet HarborBlue's standards before guest check-in
  • Deliver welcome gifts, supplies, and amenity restocks to properties across our service area
  • Respond to time-sensitive property needs (a missing item, a quick supply run, a small coordination task)
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for guests when on-site
  • Keep our team informed with simple status updates and photos via phone

What We're Looking For

  • Warm, friendly, professional demeanor for interacting with guests
  • Highly dependable and responsive, especially during peak summer weekends
  • Organized and detail-oriented with high standards
  • Reliable transportation to go between properties
  • Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping management, or property management a plus, but not required

Logistics

  • Seasonal position: July through August/September
  • Flexible, on-call schedule - hours vary week to week based on property activity (10-20 hours)
  • Mileage reimbursement provided
  • Competitive hourly rate
