Business Development Manager
A rapidly growing AI-powered healthcare technology company is seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead and scale its outbound sales development function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will build strategy, develop talent, and drive pipeline growth while partnering closely with sales and executive leadership. The ideal candidate combines hands-on outbound sales expertise with a passion for coaching and building high-performing teams.
🚀 Role:
🔹 Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Business Development Managers focused on generating new enterprise opportunities.
🔹 Create and refine outbound sales playbooks, messaging strategies, qualification frameworks, and prospecting processes.
🔹 Conduct regular coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and performance management activities to maximize team effectiveness.
🔹 Partner with sales leadership to align account strategies, opportunity qualification, and pipeline goals.
🔹 Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, outreach efforts, and lead generation initiatives.
🔹 Monitor key performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health to identify opportunities for improvement.
🔹 Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM best practices to support data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence.
✅ Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 1 year of experience leading SDR, BDR, or Business Development teams.
🔹 Proven success achieving or exceeding pipeline generation and meeting targets in outbound sales environments.
🔹 Prior experience as a top-performing SDR, BDR, or Account Executive.
🔹 Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales performance analytics.
🔹 Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
🔹 Experience selling into healthcare organizations, health systems, or enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
🔹 Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR platforms, or contact center solutions is a strong advantage.

💰 Salary Range:
$175,000 – $195,000 USD annually
