Administrative Assistant(Entry-Level)
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to staff and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform data entry and update company records accurately.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and company records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
