Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in enhancing clients' quality of life by promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence in home care and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
• Support clients with memory care needs and encourage cognitive engagement through meaningful activities.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Assist individuals with disabilities in participating in community and recreational activities.
• Monitor clients' well-being and promptly report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and services performed.
• Follow individualized care plans while respecting clients' privacy, preferences, and independence.
• Ensure a safe environment and adhere to all company policies and caregiving standards.

Qualifications

• Willing to Register as a Home Care Aid (HCA) in California.
• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, nursing homes, assisted living, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or clients requiring memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule

Flexible part-time schedules available, including:

• 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, and night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• On-call opportunities
• Weekend availability as needed

Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
