The Position: Web Developer Intern
We're seeking a motivated Web Developer Intern to join our growing team. This role provides hands-on experience working on a live product used by dancers, parents, and collegiate dance programs nationwide.
The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and excited about contributing to meaningful projects while gaining real-world startup experience.
What You'll Work On
- Assist with front-end and back-end development initiatives
- Improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience
- Develop and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs
- Troubleshoot bugs and help identify scalable solutions
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize product enhancements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and deployment processes
- Contribute ideas for future platform improvements and innovation
- Help optimize platform performance, security, and scalability

Hours
Approximately 15–25 hours per week, depending on availability and academic commitments.
