Organizational Development and Quality Improvement VISTA

Join the Oregon Health Authority AmeriCorps VISTA team at Clackamas County Public Health to enhance the effectiveness of programs by designing and implementing quality improvement projects.

The AmeriCorps member will improve health outcomes for low-income individuals by designing and implementing projects that improve how Clackamas County Public Health programs operate.

The member will put Public Health Modernization concepts into practice, track progress on the Community Health Improvement Plan, and organize documents needed for Public Health re-accreditation. The VISTA member will build skills in project management and leadership. AmeriCorps VISTA members serve Oregonians through indirect service and capacity building, meaning the work you will do is the behind-the-scenes work.

This position is based out of Oregon City, Oregon and is %50 in-office and %50 teleservice.
