Axiom Staffing Group is seeking multiple 1st shift stand up forklift operators for a large manufacturing facility in Gainesville, GA. This is a full-time position.
Shift: 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Thursday; Friday and Saturday as needed. Overtime is mandatory when announced.
Experience Required for the Stand Up Forklift Operator: 2–3+ years operating stand up forklifts. Candidates will be required to take a stand up forklift test during the interview.
Stand Up Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently pick and deliver parts as required
- Perform daily inspections and safely operate Raymond powered industrial vehicles, including Raymond Tuggers and Stand Up Forklifts; maintain valid certification
- Use scanner to scan parts into correct locations and conduct bin-to-bin moves
- Conduct audits to ensure parts are being scanned using e-kanban system
- Adhere to safety policies and dock operation standards
- Maintain 5S compliant work areas
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
- Perform special projects and related tasks as requested
