Entry Level Account Manager
*This is a full-time, permanent W2 employee position, not a 1099 contractor role*

The Innova Group is seeking a driven individual who is passionate about building professional business relationships & leadership to join our Marketing Department as a B2B Account Manager for our clients campaign!
As a B2B Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion of the client's campaign in the Midwest region; establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing business owners & corporations, while presenting sales solutions and consulting.
We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and who eventually aspires to transition into a long-term leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads & Pipeline Management: Managing B2B leads and overseeing a full sales pipeline, from prospect qualification through close, ensuring consistent revenue growth and accurate forecasting
- Client Engagement: Maintain & build professional relationships with business owners in the Indianapolis area.
- Sales Goals: Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Business Development: Work with the team on growing new business opportunities and contributing to the company & clients' sales strategies.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
- Education: BS Degree preferred but not required if you have relevant customer service & sales experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, restaurant, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Location: Must live in the Indianapolis Metro area and have reliable transportation.
