Accounting Clerk
Partners In Diversity is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a 6-month (may be extended as needed) assignment in our Business Office. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 40 hours per week assignment.
SECTION
The Business Office is responsible for the accounts payable and supply management function of the Office. This includes processing all vendor payments, travel payments, petty cash disbursements, ordering supplies, employee reimbursements and liability claim payments.
DUTIES
Receive approved invoices, batch them for payment, process payment in the City's Financial Management System, coordinate with staff, miscellaneous tasks assigned as needed.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, Hours 8am - 5pm.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year office clerical experience; Must know how to use Word, Excel, Adobe. Citylaw experience preferred, not required. This position also requires a person to lift boxes (up to 25 lbs.) with or without reasonable accommodation.

Main Street, Los Angeles CA 90012
Must report to location daily. No remote work.
