Public Relations Intern

As a Public Relations Intern at Folio, you'll help shape and amplify how our mission and work are communicated to the public, media, and key stakeholders. You'll assist with drafting materials, tracking media coverage, and supporting outreach that raises awareness of Folio's impact on student career development.

This role is ideal for students interested in communications, journalism, or media relations who want to build foundational PR skills within a purpose-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, talking points, and other external communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and maintain records of press mentions and outreach activity.
• Research media contacts, journalists, and outlets relevant to Folio's mission and audience.
• Support the development of messaging for campaigns, announcements, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistent external communications.
