As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all demographics to help them improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain physical function. Role Description
This opportunity is available to new grads or experienced PT's. Candidates with the right experience will be considered for the opportunity to be Clinical Director. This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in St Petersburg, FL. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with muscle, joint, and neurological conditions, providing rehabilitation services, and offering patient care. Pelvic Floor therapy experience is a plus!

Duties:
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals
- Implement various therapeutic techniques to improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Monitor and assess patients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Understand business metrics associated with treatment of patients and the clinic performance
Qualifications
· Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida (Temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida accepted)
· Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
· Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
· Rehabilitation and Patient Care skills
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
· Ability to work effectively in a team
· Experience working with pediatric, geriatric, and acute care patients
· Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation and business KPI's
· Vestibular and orthopedic experience preferred. Certifications in specialized areas such as Pelvic Floor, Orthopedics or Neurology and Doctorate degrees are a plus
