About the role:

We're looking for Entry Level Customer Support Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early career professionals who want to build a real world experience, learn on the job and grow their confidence in a professional environment. No prior customer support experience is required. We provide ongoing training and support

In the role, you will do?

  • Problem solving on a daily basis to reach a satisfactory outcome for clients and the company
  • Use your passion for customer service and your exceptional communication skills to ensure your Epos clients have a positive and memorable experience.
  • Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities
  • Deliver awesome service
  • Suggest additional products and services to maximise opportunity and drive revenue
