About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team to design, build, and optimize automated systems that streamline business operations, reduce manual work, and drive efficiency at scale. This role is ideal for someone who understands both business processes and automation tools, and can translate complex workflows into intelligent, scalable systems. You will be building real-world automations—from AI customer support bots to fully automated lead pipelines
What You’ll Do
Analyze existing business processes and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows. Build seamless integrations between platforms, APIs, and AI tools.
Automate repetitive tasks across marketing, operations, and customer workflows. Develop AI-driven systems, including custom chatbots, autonomous agents, and content pipelines
Monitor, test, and optimize automation performance for reliability. Document workflows and architect systems to ensure scalability and clear visibility
A Day in the Life
Typical Start Time: Flexible, remote-first environment allowing you to work when you are most productive.
Tech Stack: Automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n), AI Tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AutoGPT), APIs & Webhooks, No-code/Low-code tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript)
Work Style: Highly independent, collaborative, and asynchronous. You will be evaluated on your "proof-of-work" and the reliability of your deliverables
Communication: Primarily async via Slack, email, and documented reports with the internal team and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Required Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying functional automation systems for businesses.
- System Design: Strong understanding of workflows, logic, and architecture. You naturally think in the framework of process → automation → optimization → scale.
- Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented mindset capable of debugging complex API integrations and optimizing prompt logic.
- Documentation: Strong communication skills with a habit of documenting your automation architecture clearly.
Nice to Have: Experience with AI agents or autonomous workflows; understanding of data pipelines and analytics; experience in SaaS, startups, or digital operations.
