Assistant Teacher
Assistant Teacher – Boss Baby Early Learning Center
The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and activities
- Supervise children during classroom, outdoor play, and routine transitions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Provide individualized support to children as needed
- Assist with meals, hygiene routines, and classroom setup
- Follow center policies and licensing requirements
Required Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of child development
- Dependability and attention to detail
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education OR some experience working with children preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
