Assistant Teacher – Boss Baby Early Learning Center
The Assistant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and activities
  • Supervise children during classroom, outdoor play, and routine transitions
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
  • Provide individualized support to children as needed
  • Assist with meals, hygiene routines, and classroom setup
  • Follow center policies and licensing requirements

Required Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of child development
  • Dependability and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education OR some experience working with children preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
