Lead Teacher
Lead Teacher – Boss Baby Early Learning Center
The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes the development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student growth and concerns
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies
Required Skills:
- Strong classroom management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and early learning standards
- Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR related field
- OR a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
