Lead Teacher – Boss Baby Early Learning Center
The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that promotes the development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
  • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff
  • Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student growth and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies

Required Skills:

  • Strong classroom management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of child development and early learning standards
  • Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education OR related field
  • OR a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
