AI Product Design Intern

About Us

OCBridge is building an AI-enabled, human-in-the-loop hiring system that helps companies identify, engage, and deliver interview-ready candidates faster.

We are not building a traditional recruiting agency. We are building an AI-native hiring workflow product that combines recruiter judgment, AI agents, structured data, and intuitive product experience.

We are looking for an AI Product Design Intern who is interested in learning how to turn complex business workflows into simple, intuitive, and AI-native product experiences.

 

What You’ll Learn and Work On

You will work closely with the founder on early product design, UX exploration, and rapid prototyping for our AI hiring platform.

You may help with:

  • Exploring UX flows for AI-assisted recruiting workflows
  • Turning rough product ideas into clickable prototypes, or lightweight demos
  • Designing screens for job intake, sourcing workflow, candidate review, client submission, and workflow tracking
  • Using tools like Cursor, Lovable, Framer, Codex or similar AI prototyping tools
  • Improving landing pages,  demo pages, and customer-facing product materials
  • Translating messy business workflows into cleaner product experiences
  • Testing different UX ideas and iterating based on feedback

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong product taste, curiosity, and a builder mindset.

Must-Have

  • Strong product sense and visual taste
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive UX
  • Familiarity with AI prototyping and vibe coding tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
  • Strong ownership and willingness to learn
  • Responsive, proactive, and open to feedback

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience designing or building AI tools, B2B products, CRM, ATS, or workflow SaaS products
  • Basic front-end understanding, such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Experience with landing pages, onboarding flows, or product-led growth
  • Experience in recruiting technology, HR tech, or AI agents
  • Portfolio showing prototypes, shipped products, or AI-built demos

Ideal Candidate Profile

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Can look at a messy workflow and make it simple
  • Enjoy building quick prototypes instead of only making static designs
  • Have strong opinions about product experience but are open to feedback
  • Are curious about AI-native software and how AI changes enterprise workflows

You will receive direct feedback, mentorship, and exposure to real product-building decisions. The role is best for someone who enjoys fast iteration, ambiguity, and learning by building.

This is not a traditional corporate internship. It is a learning-focused opportunity to understand how an AI-native B2B SaaS product is designed, prototyped, and tested from the ground up.
