WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Write captions, copy, and creative briefs for assigned client accounts
  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure all posting deadlines are met
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series, and creative activations

 

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Communicate approvals, feedback, and status updates clearly and promptly
  • Prepare meeting agendas, recap notes, and status reports
  • Anticipate client needs and flag issues before they become problems
     

Project Coordination

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple clients simultaneously
  • Upload and organize assets, tasks, and updates in Trello
  • Coordinate with the creative team and provide clear scopes of work and briefs
  • Support logistics for shoot days, events, and client activations
  • Keep project management systems current so nothing gets missed

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or communications role
  • Strong writing skills — you can craft a caption that converts and a brief that gets results
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Proficiency with Trello, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Confident communicator — internally with the team and externally with clients
  • A bias toward action: you follow up, you close loops, you don't wait to be told twice

 

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency environment
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with influencer coordination, shoot production, or event support
  • Eye for design and an understanding of what makes content perform
  • Interest in growing into an Account Manager or Integrated Strategy role
