Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and dealers, providing product support, warranty assistance, order management, and general account support. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects Athlon Optics' commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
Provide product information, specifications, and usage guidance.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and product support questions.
Deliver professional and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Warranty & Service Support
Process warranty claims and service requests.
Coordinate product returns, replacements, and repairs.
Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
Communicate claim status updates to customers.
Order & Account Management
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
Support dealer and distributor account inquiries.
Resolve shipping, delivery, and product availability questions.
Maintain accurate customer account information.
Administrative Support
Enter and maintain customer interactions within company systems.
Assist with reporting and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to resolve customer issues.
Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Previous customer service, retail, call center, or support experience.
Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Familiarity with hunting, shooting sports, firearms, optics, or outdoor recreation.
Experience processing warranty claims or product returns.
