Manufacturing Operator / Medical Device Assembler

Location: Plymouth, MN
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are hiring Manufacturing Operators to join a leading medical device manufacturing team in Plymouth, MN. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and repairing medical device components in a clean and quality-focused production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test medical device components and assemblies.
• Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle small parts and components with precision and accuracy.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and tracking.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Cleanroom experience.
• Electronics assembly experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
