Job Description (What You’ll Do)
- Conduct outreach daily to leads that have requested help.
- Facilitate initial credit enhancement consultations to set appointments for closers.
- Prep clients for the Blackq Empire University credit and funding programs.
- Maintain consistent communication with closers to ensure diligence when setting appointments.
- Maintain a consistent workflow of making calls to ensure company outreach goals are met.
- Serve as a lead connector that specializes in quality client filtration.
- Review activity on weekly team check-in calls.
We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Philosophy, Psychology, Sport Management, Hospitality Management or other related fields.
- Passion for financial education and for helping others better their life circumstances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Self-starter mentality that can work independently
- Growth mindset with a passion for learning new things quickly
- Excellent team player who can help when needed.
- Experience in sales is preferred but not needed.
