Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service & Operations Associate to join our growing RIA. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in operations and client service.

Responsibilities:

Client Experience

  • Maintain accurate client information within our CRM system
  • Prepare and review account paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with opening new accounts, transferring assets, and maintaining client accounts
  • Help coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communications
  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for client requests and inquiries

Operations & Administration

  • Support daily operational activities, including account funding, transfers, and money movement requests
  • Work with custodians such as Fidelity and Schwab to resolve account-related issues
  • Assist with account reconciliation and operational reporting
  • Help improve internal processes and contribute to team efficiency
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements

Professional Growth

  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors and senior team members
  • Gain exposure to portfolio management, financial planning, and client relationship management
  • Learn industry-leading technology platforms and operational best practices
  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as the firm grows

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Internship or work experience in financial services, banking, accounting, customer service, or a related field
  • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in financial services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI
