AccuTec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support its growing medical division. This is a hands-on marketing role focused on social media execution, trade show coordination, vendor communication, sample and collateral management and day-to-day support for campaigns and product launches.
The ideal candidate enjoys keeping marketing projects moving, coordinating details across internal teams and outside vendors and supporting the execution of events, social media and branded materials. This role is well suited for a marketer who is both creative and operational — someone who can write social posts, manage calendars, organize materials, coordinate deadlines and help ensure that trade shows, campaigns and marketing initiatives are executed smoothly.
This role will work closely with marketing, product development, sales and external vendors to support AccuTec’s medical product growth and brand visibility.
What You’ll Do
As the Marketing Associate, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives, including:
- Managing AccuThrive’s LinkedIn presence, including post writing, scheduling, page maintenance and content calendar coordination
- Supporting the future launch and ongoing management of AccuThrive’s Instagram presence
- Creating and scheduling social media content that supports product launches, trade shows, campaigns, customer education and brand awareness
- Coordinating social media needs with marketing, sales, product development and leadership teams
- Tracking social media activity and reviewing basic performance metrics to understand what content is resonating with audiences
- Supporting the development and organization of social media assets, including images, captions, links, hashtags and campaign materials
- Coordinating national medical trade show marketing needs, including booth materials, samples, collateral, demo supplies, signage, shipping and pre-show preparation
- Managing trade show checklists, timelines, deadlines, registrations, vendor communications and internal coordination
- Supporting pre-show and post-show marketing activities, including social media promotion, email coordination, collateral preparation and follow-up materials
- Managing inventory of product samples, marketing collateral, demo materials, branded giveaways and trade show supplies
- Coordinating print and production needs with outside vendors, including quotes, timelines, proofs, approvals and delivery schedules
- Assisting with updates to marketing collateral such as sell sheets, product guides, brochures, presentations, catalogs and branded materials
- Supporting website content updates in WordPress as needed, particularly for events, product information, blogs and campaign pages
- Helping organize and maintain marketing files, creative assets, vendor records, project timelines and campaign materials
- Supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and customer education initiatives through logistics, scheduling and asset coordination
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, current and available when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media marketing, event marketing, trade show coordination, marketing communications or a related hands-on marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing social media content calendars, writing posts and scheduling content
- Comfort coordinating trade shows, events, vendors, print production, samples, collateral or marketing materials
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, details and moving parts at once
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product development, leadership and outside vendors
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of creative, operational and hands-on responsibilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and basic marketing tools preferred
- Experience supporting product launches, trade shows, sales teams or B2B marketing initiatives preferred
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite in Verona, VA, with the remaining days worked remotely.
