Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Houston, Texas.

 

Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and talent databases.

Screen resumes and conduct video interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Manage ATS records and candidate pipeline updates.

Support full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer stage.

Maintain strong candidate communication and candidate experience.

Build talent pipelines for future and recurring hiring needs.

Assist with employer branding or recruitment marketing.

Track recruitment metrics and support hiring strategy.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing searches from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Demonstrated ability in Hiring, including evaluating candidate fit, collaborating with hiring managers, and supporting decision-making.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
  • Skilled in Interviewing, including structured and behavioral interviews and consistent, unbiased evaluation of candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
