Maintenance Technician Intern

Peak Property Management is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician Intern to join our in-house maintenance team. This hands-on internship provides real-world experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial property maintenance while working alongside experienced technicians.

Interns will learn basic Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance Troubleshooting, Drywall Repair, and General Maintenance skills while developing professionalism, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with service requests and maintenance repairs
• Learn and perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks
• Travel between properties with mentor technicians
• Document completed work orders
• Interact professionally with residents and team members
• Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable
• Interest in maintenance, construction, skilled trades, or property management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
