Medical Assistant – Michigan Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center Oak Park, MI | Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Are you interested in hands-on clinical experience in a specialty medical practice? We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented medical assistant to join our allergy and immunology clinic. No prior clinical experience required — we will provide full training.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering allergy skin testing and allergen immunotherapy injections
  • Performing spirometry (pulmonary function testing)
  • Performing phlebotomy (blood draws)
  • Conducting patch testing
  • Assisting with office-based food and drug challenges
  • Rooming patients and recording vital signs
  • Supporting the clinical team in a fast-paced specialty setting

Office Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8AM–5PM Tuesday: 8AM–7PM Wednesday: 8AM–2PM

Qualifications:

  • Prior medical assisting or clinical experience preferred but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working directly with patients
  • Reliable, professional, and a team player
