Pay Range: $6,000–$9,000 per month, depending on position, qualifications, training completion, and final role placement.

Job Description

Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant is seeking motivated, professional, and people-focused individuals to join our national recruiting team as Pageant Recruiters. This opportunity is ideal for college students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals who enjoy communication, social media, leadership, outreach, and helping others discover meaningful opportunities.

This is not a commission-only role. Selected candidates are considered for a structured base-pay position, with compensation based on role placement, training completion, qualifications, and final offer terms.

Pageant Recruiters will help introduce women ages 18–70 to the Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant and guide interested applicants through the next steps of learning more about the program.

Responsibilities

Share pageant opportunities with potential contestants

Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, or social media

Answer basic questions and direct applicants to the proper resources

Help schedule interested candidates for interviews or information sessions

Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records

Represent Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Positive and professional attitude

Comfortable using phone, email, and social media

Self-motivated and dependable

Interest in recruiting, marketing, business, communications, public relations, ministry, nonprofit work, women’s empowerment, or event promotion

No pageant experience required
