Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations
  • Create and lead individualized treatment plans
  • Help restore movement, function, and quality of life
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
  • Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
  • Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
  • Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
  • Valid state PT license
  • Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
  • CPR certification preferred
