Civil Litigation Paralegal

Wall Templeton & Haldrup, P.A. | Raleigh, NC

The Raleigh office of Wall Templeton & Haldrup, P.A. is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal. Qualified candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience North Carolina Certification and insurance defense experience is preferred.

Job duties:

- Reviewing and drafting of pleadings, discovery, and other documents

- Reviewing, indexing, and summarizing records and documents

- Preparing medical chronologies and medical bill spreadsheets

- Electronic filing of court pleadings in state and federal court

- Scheduling hearings, depositions, etc.

- Maintaining databases with client records and documents

- Preparation of trial/hearing binders

- Corresponding with clients, opposing counsel and courts

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience using e-Discovery / Litigation platforms preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work well with a team
