Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager (Entry-Level) – B2B

Location: Long Beach, CA (Hybrid/Field)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $700/week (Training) $\rightarrow$ $1,000/week (Post-Training) + Commissions

The Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you won’t be stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be the face of AT&T Business, helping local business owners in the Long Beach area upgrade their technology and streamline their operations.

Hybrid Flexibility: * 2 Days/Week: In-office for team collaboration, strategy, and training.

3 Days/Week: Start from home and head directly into your territory to meet with business owners face-to-face.

Consultative Selling: Identify pain points for small-to-medium businesses and offer tailored solutions.

Relationship Building: Manage your assigned Long Beach territory to build a consistent pipeline of clients.

The Payoff

We believe in investing in our people while they learn the ropes.

During Training: $700 weekly base pay.

Post-Training: $1,000 weekly base pay.

Uncapped Commission: On top of your base, earn significant commissions for every deal you close.
