Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while actively engaging with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend the best products. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and foster lasting customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills, showcase your techniques, and grow within a sales environment. You will also be paid while you are being trained.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service through active listening and effective communication skills
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 18 years old
