PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Achieve sales and margin objectives, by growing and developing the Applied sales, identifying and winning opportunities and projects for assigned territories.
Build strong relationships with assigned accounts.
Visit consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, end users and other market players in order to promote sales and win increasing market share. /
Achieve an increasing share of projects with Thermosystems, LLC products as basis of design.
Create short-term and long-range strategies and plans in order to achieve growth objectives.
Maintain current knowledge of own and competitive product portfolios and system characteristics.
Work on pricing strategy to achieve positioning and volume targets.
Work with internal company departments and respond to customer needs in terms of products specifications, warranties, products availability, logistics, credit/finance, and any other administrative processes.
Identify and coordinate product and technical training.
Consistently manage multiple projects and tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering required.
Experience in HVAC Engineering Sales required.
Demonstrated ability to influence different stakeholders
Great leadership skills to motivate and enhance team members' contributions.
Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
Exceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, and ability to interpret business and/or client needs.

The Daikin Graduate Engineer Training (GET) is a 5-month immersive learning program that is one of its kind. The program is designed for new graduate sales engineers to provide foundational HVAC knowledge and experience, build their professional network, and enhance their industry credibility. Thermosystems utilizes their program to education the new generation of project engineers.
