Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Support Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting travel-related issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with clients, managing reservations, and assisting with travel logistics. The representative will act as a key point of contact to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for clients at every stage of their journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and addressing client needs
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using travel booking and CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial
