The Role: Social Media & Content Creation

We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and social individual to join our team as a Social Media/Content Creation Intern. This is not your typical "sit-at-a-desk" internship. Key Responsibilities

• Engagement & Interviews: Conduct impromptu "on-the-street" style interviews with team members and partners to showcase the "Vertigo Mindset".
• Event Coverage: Capture the spirit of Vertigo through team dinners, office events, and company outings.
• Dynamic Field Content: Accompany acquisitions associates to film property walkthroughs and acquisitions.
• End-to-End Production: Use CapCut and Edits to produce high-quality Reels and clips.
• Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create aesthetic and on-brand stories, posts, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Creative Vision: Ability to spot "viral" moments and turn raw footage into compelling stories.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in mobile video: CapCut, Edits, and Canva.
• Social Personality: You must be comfortable interacting with people and directing talent during shoots.
• Flexibility: This role involves a somewhat non-traditional schedule. You may be available to film occasional events in the evenings or an occasional walkthrough on a Saturday or Sunday.

Schedule & Location

• Hours: 4–5 hours per day, 3–4 days per week.
• Flexibility: Hours will vary based on team schedules and events.
• Locations: Offices in Delray Beach | Raleigh | Denver | San Diego
