What You’ll Do:
- Convert live inbound leads into closed loans
- Guide clients through refinance, equity loans, and purchases
- Verify credit, income, and documents with processing support
- Build strong client relationships and crush sales goals
What You Need:
- Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License (SAFE exam passed)
- 1+ year of mortgage experience (preferred, not required if you can close)
- Confidence handling live transfers & a high-volume pipeline
- Driven, competitive, and ready to win
Work Location: In-person (Troy, MI). Must commute or relocate before start.
