Compensation

  • Starting salary range: $83,000–$100,000
  • Uncapped quarterly production bonus

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist License
  • Current CPR Certification

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Therapy Network is seeking a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our Norfolk team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact on patients while continuing to grow professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our Norfolk clinic is looking for a therapist who has experience—or a strong interest in developing expertise—in concussion management, dry needling, and general orthopedic rehabilitation. Whether you're already experienced in these specialty areas or eager to expand your skill set, our team is committed to helping you grow.

As the primary full-time Physical Therapist in the clinic, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical identity, build strong patient relationships, and serve as a leader alongside a dedicated team consisting of 2.5 Physical Therapist Assistants and 2 Rehabilitation Technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatment interventions
  • Assess physical impairments, functional limitations, pain, and disability
  • Establish mutually determined goals that improve patient outcomes and quality of life
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and long-term wellness
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with providers, staff, and referral sources to coordinate patient care
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
