Order Fulfillment Specialist

orthobrain® is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the team as our Order Fulfillment Specialist.  The Order Fulfillment Specialist will support the orthobrain orthodontic case journey, including case submission, approval, delivery, customer support, and store orders. The right person has experience supporting professional customers and will provide support via phone, email, and our doctor message center for issue resolution or escalation.  This individual should have a natural talent for connecting with people and a desire to make their day better.  In addition, this individual may also be asked to contribute to various projects: HIPAA policies, store inventory, store order fulfillment and shipping, etc.
