Job Title: Business Development Intern – Summer 2025

Duration: Summer Internship (May–August, flexible dates)
Compensation: Paid Internship - $750/week

About Us:

American Packout is a leading provider of water, fire, and mold restoration services. We help homeowners and businesses recover from disasters with fast, professional service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our team this summer and contribute to expanding our market presence.

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Development Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management while supporting our efforts to build strategic partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with lead generation and outreach to potential clients, insurance adjusters, and property managers.
• Researching market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
• Helping develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives.
• Attending networking events and industry meetings (as available).
• Assisting with tracking sales data and updating CRM software.
• Collaborating with the team on business development strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software or social media marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
