The Role
As a Brand Engagement Assistant, you’ll represent established brands through face-to-face campaigns in retail environments, live events, and promotional settings throughout the Houston area.
Your role will involve engaging directly with customers, answering questions, introducing products and services, and helping create positive and memorable customer experiences.
No two days are exactly the same, making this position ideal for someone who enjoys interaction, energy, and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking directly with customers in retail and live event environments
- Creating positive first impressions and building rapport
- Explaining products, promotions, and service options clearly
- Assisting customers throughout the registration or purchasing process
- Representing brands professionally during promotional campaigns
- Working alongside a supportive leadership and events team
- Contributing toward individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or similar environments is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
