Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural design documents and manage technical specifications for new construction and renovation projects
  • Lead zoning analysis, land use change processes, and permitting approvals based on U.S. building codes and local regulations
  • Enhance project value through architectural and interior design solutions while reflecting client requirements and project goals
  • Review MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural engineering inputs, and manage overall design coordination
  • Collaborate with local U.S. architectural partners, consultants, and global teams to ensure design quality assurance and integrated project delivery

 

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in U.S. architectural design and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
  • Strong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA) and local jurisdiction requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in architectural design contexts
  • Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. architectural license (or equivalent professional certification) preferred
  • Experience in commercial real estate or large-scale development projects
  • U.S. education background or prior architectural work experience in the United States
