The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting business operations, coordinating projects, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and administrative processes.
- Assist with project planning, implementation, and progress tracking.
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Track performance metrics and assist in preparing management reports.
- Help coordinate onboarding, training, and employee support activities.
- Manage special projects and provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
