Operations Coordinator

The Purcell Clinic is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services through innovation, compassion, and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help support our growing team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations across the organization. The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting business operations, coordinating projects, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and administrative processes.
  • Assist with project planning, implementation, and progress tracking.
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing management reports.
  • Help coordinate onboarding, training, and employee support activities.
  • Manage special projects and provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
