Operations Coordinator

The Purcell Clinic is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support and streamline daily business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative processes, assist with project management, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective communication across departments. This role is critical to maintaining smooth workflows and supporting the clinic's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities across multiple departments.
  • Monitor workflows, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation for management.
  • Maintain records, databases, and internal systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and employee resource management.
  • Assist leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Operations Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
