What You'll Do
- Manage project timelines and milestone schedules, ensuring all phases progress on track and stakeholders are informed of key dates and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, leading check-ins, preparing status updates, and managing expectations.
- Coordinate with external consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and landscape, as well as vendors, to align on scope, schedules, and submittal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and quality review of construction documents, drawing sets, specifications, and permit submissions.
- Track project correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to maintain a clear project record.
- Identify potential scope changes, schedule risks, or budget concerns and escalate them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across internal disciplines to ensure design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
What We Offer

- Mentorship from experienced architects and senior project leads.
- Exposure to a diverse, design-forward portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- A tight-knit, collaborative team culture that values ideas at every level.
- Professional development support, including licensure exam assistance and continuing education.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Paid time off, firm holidays, and team-sponsored events throughout the year.
