SHADES of Development, a leading afterschool and summer program in Tennessee, is hiring afterschool and summer staff with immediate openings available.

We’re seeking dependable, energetic, and caring individuals to lead fun, educational activities for PreK–8th grade students.

🕒 Available Shifts (Must be available at least 2 days a week)

Substitute: 7AM-12:30PM, 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM

📘 Job Responsibilities

Lead engaging activities with children

Assist with lesson planning and implementation

Provide behavior guidance and supervision

Prepare, supervise, and clean up snacks

Set up and clean up program areas

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children in a group setting (preferred)

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Reliable and team-oriented

Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate

Background check and drug test required
