Substitute Childcare Teacher — Christian Day Schools (W-2, On-Call)

ABOUT AGAPE:

Agape Childcare Staffing is Dallas’s premier childcare-exclusive staffing company. We provide faith-aligned, Chapter 746-compliant substitute caregivers to Christian day schools, preschools, and early childhood programs across DFW. Every caregiver is a W-2 employee.

THE ROLE:

We are building our substitute teacher bench for Christian day school placements in the DFW area. When a teacher calls out, you’re the professional who steps in and holds the room. Same-day availability is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a substitute caregiver in licensed Christian day school and preschool classrooms

  • Follow classroom routines, lesson plans, and school protocols

  • Care for children ages infant through Pre-K in a licensed early childhood setting

  • Maintain required child-to-staff ratios and safety standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in an early childhood classroom or licensed childcare setting

  • Comfortable in a Christian school environment and aligned with faith-based values

  • Professional, calm, and able to walk into a new classroom and lead confidently

  • Able to complete Texas HHS Chapter 746 compliance requirements (fingerprint background check, notarized affidavits, TB clearance, CPR certification, 24-hour pre-service training)

  • Flexible availability — Monday through Friday, daytime hours

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:
