Pay Rate: $29.50/hr
Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Contract: 5-6 Months (Potential Extension)
Onsite Position

Job Overview:
We are seeking an entry-level Complaint Investigations Technician to support medical device complaint investigations. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with laboratory, technical, manufacturing, or engineering experience who are eager to learn and grow in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process returned customer products

Investigate product complaints using troubleshooting guides

Perform product testing and X-ray screening

Document findings and complete investigation reports

Follow FDA-regulated procedures and company protocols

Support complaint categorization and product sorting activities

Safely handle products containing sharps/needle components

Required Skills:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic PowerPoint)

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately

Strong learning aptitude and ability to retain training information

Technical mindset with troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Complaint investigation or laboratory experience

Engineering, science, or technical background

Experience working with SOPs and regulated environments

Medical device, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience

Internship experience in technical or laboratory settings

Education:

High School Diploma required

Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree preferred

Engineering, Science, Laboratory, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Interview Process:

Initial phone/video screening

Onsite interview

Product assessment and troubleshooting exercise
