We are interviewing for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Bookkeeper to support multiple locations. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track accounts payable and invoicing
- Perform A/R reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and reversing entries
- Maintain and reconcile multiple bank accounts and locations
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Write and track checks
- Handle sales tax
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Manage product ordering
- Track marker and pre-need ·commissions
- Maintain organized financial records
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks knowledge
- Experience with reconciliations, payroll, and journal entries
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field
- Experience with inventory, commissions, and multi-location businesses
